We are planning to have nine Scandinavian style log cabins along the edge of the main lake. The first three are already in place and providing enjoyment to our visitors.  These cabins are built and fitted out to a very high standard to ensure your complete comfort during your stay.

 

All of our cabins are centrally heated making them an ideal holiday base all the year round.  Each cabin has a lawn area in the front leading down to the lake, perfect for a barbecue on a summer evening. There is also plenty of space for outdoor games such as badminton.

 

Hawthorn Lodge and Alder Lodge – sleep 6

They have one master bedroom, complete with double bed and en suite bathroom plus two large twin bedrooms. There is also a separate bathroom with a large shower.

The lounge area has a superb view overlooking the lake and has a TV. The dining area is situated behind the lounge and offers a very comfortable environment in which to eat.

The kitchen is well equipped with storage and cooking facilities, including conventional oven, hob and microwave.

 

Meadowside Lodge – sleep 6

Finished in Summer 2007, this stunning two-story lodge brings a new feeling of luxury to Lower Lakes. There is lots of space and covered veranda for relaxing and enjoying the views.

The ground floor is open-plan with a spacious lounge and dining area overlooking the lake. A breakfast bar looks into a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The large family bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower. Adjacent to this is a double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with its own private balcony and en suite shower room. A further twin bedroom is accessed off a light and spacious landing area.
