Any reservations made via telephone, in person, or online you agree to the following conditions:
Confirmation will be sent to you in writing when your deposit has been received.
Tell us immediately by telephone and then in writing, where upon we will without prejudice to our right to the rent in full, make every effort to re-let the property and refund your deposit, less a £25 administration charge.IF WE CANNOT RE-LET THE PROPERTY IN TIME WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY BLAME FOR A NON-RUNFUNDABLE CANCELLATION . WE ADVISE THAT YOU ARRANGE YOUR OWN COVER IN CASE OF ANY REASON FOR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION.
Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday. All lettings commence at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, and properties should be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
The number of occupants cannot exceed the designated number of bed spaces, without prior agreement. There is an additional charge of £15 per person per night. We reserve the right to refuse occupancy if additional guests arrive without our being informed. In addition to these bed spaces, cots can be brought for babies. We regret for health and safety reasons we are not allowed to supply these.
Linen Towels, duvets and all bed linen are provided along with a small selection of environmentally friendly toiletries.
Dogs are welcome at Lower Lakes, on the understanding that they are looked after in the proper manner. There is an additional charge of £35 per dog per stay. Dogs must NOT be shut in the holiday accommodation unattended, and must not be allowed to sleep on the furniture. Lower Lakes is surrounded by farmland as well as many people enjoying the quietness for fishing, and therefore the strictest control will be required at all times. Any damage caused by your pet will be the full responsibility of its owner.
All services, i.e water, gas, electricity are included in the price of your stay.
All lodges have parking space for at least two vehicles.
We regret that we cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any car or its contents or the personal effects of the guests occupying the property, and the use of all amenities at the property are entirely at the user's risk. We do not charge for minor damages or breakages, but damage or breakages exceeding £10 in value shall be reimbursed on request.
The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils, etc, must be left clean and the property left clean and tidy after your stay.
